Because we source directly from suppliers to pass the savings on to you, items in the same order may occasionally arrive in separate packages and at slightly different times.
4. Tracking Your Order
Once your package is shipped, a tracking number and a link to trace your delivery will automatically be sent to the email address provided at checkout.
Please allow 2–5 business days for the tracking carrier to update their system status after you receive your initial tracking code. You can track your packages directly on our website or through international tracking portals like 17track.
